House Rules
Kayal Breeze is our home as well as yours for a few nights. These few rules keep it quiet, safe and pleasant for everyone.
Quiet after 10 pm
Sound carries across the water. Please keep music and voices low after 10 pm.
No smoking indoors
Smoking is allowed only at the jetty end of the garden.
Alcohol in moderation
You may bring your own drinks to enjoy in your room or on your sit-out. Please do not drink on the canoes or kayaks.
ID for every guest
Indian law requires a photo ID for every adult guest, and a passport and visa for foreign nationals.
Visitors until 8 pm
Friends visiting you are welcome until 8 pm. Overnight guests must be registered.
Life jackets on the water
Everyone wears a life jacket on canoes and kayaks, including strong swimmers. Children under 12 go out with an adult.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before
Cancel at least 7 days before arrival for a full refund of the advance. After that, the first night is charged.
